Terms Definitions & Scope

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "ace88" refers to the online betting platform accessible via ace88.world and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ace88 platform.
• "Services" covers all betting products, casino games, slots, live Sports Betting, and all other features available on ace88.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free cash, or additional benefits granted by ace88 to members under specific terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ace88 platform without exception, including casual visitors, registered members, and VIP members. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use ace88's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not residing in or subject to any country or jurisdiction where access to online betting services is prohibited or restricted under local law.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and updating it whenever changes occur.

Ace88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) from any member at any time. This process may require you to submit a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents to verify your identity and account details. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process has been successfully completed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the ace88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ace88 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• DuitNow – real-time interbank transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – TNG digital wallet
• GrabPay – Grab digital wallet
• Boost – local digital payment app
• ShopeePay – Shopee's digital wallet
• FPX – including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, RHB, and other local banks

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. ace88 does not accept third-party payments. If a third-party transaction is detected, ace88 reserves the right to withhold the balance and request further clarification. Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your gaming account.

For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single transaction, additional review may be required and processing time may take up to 24 business hours. ace88 reserves the right to request further supporting documents to meet compliance requirements.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

Ace88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus comes with a rollover requirement (re-wagering) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance.
• The rollover requirement is calculated based on the total bonus amount received. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover requires a total wagering amount of RM 1,000.
• Each bonus comes with a validity period respectively. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the stipulated period will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• Members are entitled to one bonus per promotion category at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Ace88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Betting Rules

All betting activity on the ace88 platform is subject to the following rules:

• All bets confirmed and accepted by the ace88 system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live sporting event, ace88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the funds to the member's account.
• For sports betting on events such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and badminton, the official results used are those provided by the respective sport's governing body.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the valid odds for that bet. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect already accepted bets.
• The minimum bet per market is as displayed in the platform interface. Maximum bet limits vary by sport type and market.
• Features Cash Out allows members to settle a bet early at a value calculated by the system. The Cash Out value depends on the current state of the event, and all Cash Out decisions are final.

Account Security & Responsibility

As an ace88 member, you are fully responsible for the security of your account. This includes:

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ace88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Ace88 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you unless reported within 24 hours.

Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the ace88 platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one ace88 account for any reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial mechanism to place bets or access the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or odds inaccuracies for unfair gain.
• Systematically placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) to exploit odds differences across markets.
• Transferring funds between member accounts through any means not authorised by ace88.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits on ace88.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any ace88 support staff through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ace88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A member's failure to verify their identity through the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, ace88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. For closures requested by the member, the net balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement) will be refunded within 7 business days.

Ace88 Liability Limit

Ace88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Internet connection disruptions or technical issues on the member's internet service provider's end.
• Betting outcomes are determined based on the information available on the platform at the time the bet is placed.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to the platform due to the member's failure to keep their account secure.

Under all circumstances, ace88's maximum liability to any member is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Terms Amendments & Change Notice

Ace88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Displaying a notice of the changes on the platform's main page for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Sending notifications to members who have registered a valid email address.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the ace88 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date, and all eligible net balances will be returned to you.
